Kasia is an Occupational Psychologist with a particular interest in the psychology of personal growth and development. Her Masters degree in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology was earned while working in a busy HR environment where she was able to immediately put her skills into practice.

Her mission is to foster the individual skills necessary for you to enjoy a successful, satisfying and well-balanced life, within and without the workplace.

Vince brings his extensive experience of business process, user experience and product design to Beyond the Board. He ensures that the lessons of latest research are placed in a practical business context. Optimising your quality systems is his passion!

Honorary Director
Knigel was tragically separated from his family (including his twin brother) and spent many months homeless in a plastic tub near Baker Street station. Having found a new home and life in Sussex, his story of courage and resilience inspired our formation. His hobbies include jumping and travel.
